poor scrolling performance in recent NuGet builds

Question

I've been loading 50k or more lines in the EditControl with intellisense and syntax highlight disabled. In version 20.1.0.55 it has been working great. But today I've tried 2.1.0.56 through 2.1.0.60 from NuGet and scrolling is really slow and kinda jerky with that many lines.

I also went back and tried 2.1.0.52 and everything was fast again. So, whatever the change was it started in 2.1.0.56. My EditControl is loaded within a syncfusion tab control and I'm letting it uses its own scrollbars. I'll test it some more to see if I can duplicate it in a simple application but it's really noticeable in mine and simply downgrading fixes it.

Also, I don't know if it matters but I've been seeing editControl.Text directly and not loading from a file.
