Flatten all annotations in PDF file

Hi,

Is there a way to flatten all the annotations in a PDF? We have PDF files that are exported from AutoCAD and contain a lot of annotations (text boxes). We would like to flatten them and add new annotations on top. We're not able to add new annotations now because existing annotations are being selected when you click to add a new one.

In the mean time I've found a possible solution in the knowledge base:

The only issue with it is that after the document is loaded, the .Annotations collection is still empty.

When I change the zoom level of the document using the + or - button on the toolbar, the .Annotations collection is populated. Is there a way to force load the collection

Hi Wouter,

We tried to reproduce the issue “Annotation Collection is empty after document is loaded” with our documents, but we could not be able to reproduce the reported issue on our end. We have also created a sample for your reference and attached below. We request you to kindly modify the attached sample to make the issue reproducing and share it with us along with the detailed replication steps. This will help us to analyze further on this and provide you a better solution.

Regards,

Raja Vignesh.
