1.Are you want to display the different content to the tooltip text on star selection?
=I want to achieve different tooltip text per star. Be like
-1st star value or tooltip text should be 3 or any value
-2nd star value or tooltip text should be 4 or any value
-3rd star value or tooltip text should be 5 or any value
2.In the provided image the text was shown on the right side. Are you need the custom control like the same?

As of now, we don’t have support to customize the tooltip text in SfRating. We have already considered your requirement “Custom tooltip in SfRating” and we have added this feature request to our database. You can keep track of the bug from the feedback portal below
