SfBusyIndicator TextColor property doesn't change the color of title

Changing the color for TextColor has no effect on the text in the Title. It will always be shown in black.

Seems, that this property only has an effect only on the animated item, but not on the title, as it is suggested in the ducumentation of the control:

With earlier versions it worked just fine, but with the latest one (20.1.0.58) it has the error mentioned ea.
