We have validated the issue “Comment panel is not visible on single click of comment tool at the toolbar” and logged it as a defect. The fix for the issue will be available in our upcoming weekly NuGet release on June 22, 2022. You can track the status of the issue through the following link.

We have confirmed that the reported issue “Unable to close the comment panel opened with double-click” is a defect and logged the defect reported for the same.
