How to remove specific dropdown filter which filters with conditions

Hi Magzhan ,Thanks for your patience .We have looked over your request and discovered that you
want the dropdown filter removed.By default, the menu filter operates on the fundamentals of
value with the operator. Based on your requirement, you want to remove the
operator, without operator we can't filter the Grid column on Menu filter type
.It is feasible to remove the operator from the menu filter ,
but we will need to know that purpose of the requirement, because every filter
action can be performed based on value with operator .Please ensure that you want to maintain anyone one of filter
operator (like contains or equal)in the filter menu after removing the filter
operator.Kindly share your exact requirement with us so that we can
