datagrid add button does not show us boxes for the inserting event

Question

the issue occurs on the page of AlarmSetting.razor

when we click on the Add button on the datagrid, boxs should be shown on the table,

but nothing has been shown.

we connected the data with Entity Framework core contexts and BemsAlarm Class is the

inherited class from BemslineDeviceUpAndDown because we need to get the data from another table called

"EnergyWorkResult_2022"

I would appreciate it if you could help us out and give us some advice.

we are jamming on this for 2weeks. ㅜ.ㅜ
