Enable persistence not working properly

Hi, I've set "enablePersistence"="true" on the uploader control. When I reload the page, the previous state persists but I don't see any buttons to resume/retry the upload. Here're some images to give you an idea.

No buttons!

Based on your requirement, we could not provide support resume functionality with enablePersistance for the uploader component.
