ControlValueAccesor on Uploader

Hello do you have any examples how to implement ControlValueAccesor over the Uploader Component? I want to receive in the Form field the information about the File Uploaded ( blob and metadata ). Right now if I put formControlName over Syncfusion Uploader Component I receive nothing, in the Form Field when I upload a file. Can you provide please a example how to accomplish that? Thanks!
