Toast created with e-blazor-toast-hidden

After upgrading to 20.1.0.52, when a toast is created the element already has "e-blazor-toast-hidden" in the element's class.  Causing the toast element to not appear. 

This can be reproduced by upgrading the ToastSample project on https://github.com/SyncfusionExamples/Blazor-Getting-Started-Examples

I've attached a version of ToastSample that has been upgraded to  20.1.0.52 to illustrate.

Greetings from Syncfusion support.


We have checked your reported issue with Syncfusion.Blazor.Notifications package version 20.1.0.52. But, we were not able to show or hide the SfToast component.


We have already considered the issue "The Blazor Toast component is not showing properly" as a bug from our end, and the fix for the issue will be included with our upcoming Vol 1, 2022 SP release, which is scheduled to roll out in the middle of May, 2022.

We couldn't replicate the reported issue using the v20.3.57. we have also prepared a sample for your reference.
