Blazor Splitter not resizable since Syncfusion.Blazor.Layouts 20.1.0.52

Hello,

I recognized that resizing the splitter does not work since I updated the NuGet package to 20.1.0.52. Reverting the update back to 20.1.0.51 works as expected.

Here's the code of how we use that:

We have considered the issue "Splitter resize not working properly" as a bug from our end, and the fix for the issue will be included with our upcoming Vol 1, 2022 SP release, which is scheduled to roll out in the middle of May, 2022.

Until then, we suggest using Syncfusion. Blazor Layouts nuget package, version 20.1.0.51.
