Grid Column and Column headers out of sync

Question

Hi team,The grid is behaving differently and changing its layout when in edit mode. Clicked on Add toolbar button and the grid columns have moved which looks like the columns and columns headers out of sync. Below is the picture of the grid before I hit on Add. Below is the picture after I hit on the Add toolbar button. I did notice one thing though, this works fine in the debug mode on my local machine, issue happens when the application is published to a IIS Webserver.Attached is the razor component code, kindly give it a look and let me know what is causing this issue.ThanksBabaAttachment: KittingSchedulePage_Grid_Issue_fc6594c9.zip

     version kindly check this by upgrading to our latest version.

 Are you facing any exception in browser console when adding or on
     initial rendering? If so share the details.
 Bind OnActionFailure event to grid, and share the details you get in the args of this
     event handler(if triggered).
