The below is a Footer from a word document,
When I upload this word document to Syncfusion word editor, I get the below output. As you can see, the footer is gone. The same happens with the header as well.
Can you please help with this. This is bad experience for our customers. Is there a way around this ?

We suspect that the reported problems are might be due to the contents in the input word document which used at your end. We need to investigate with the contents in your input Word document to reproduce the exact problem at our end. So, could you please provide us the input Word document which used at your end . Thereby, we will analyze further and provide you the appropriate solution at the earliest.
Note: If you have any confidential data in your Word document, please replace with some dummy data and provide us the same. We just need your document to recreate the problem you face.

The zip file has the document with the problematic header & footer.

We tried to reproduce the reported issue in the latest version v20.1.52, But we couldn't.
Can you please share us your document editor version details it may help us to validate further.

AT the backend for converting the word docx to PDF,
"Syncfusion.DocIORenderer.Net.Core" Version="19.4.0.50"
At frontend we are using 19.4.50 version

We can able to reproduce the reported issue in version 19.4.52
But the issue was resolved in our latest version (v20.1.52)
Please upgrade to the latest version packages to resolve this issue.
