SfCalendar crashing when closing popup after OnCalendarTapped event is fired

Hi team,

we are facing an issue with SfCalendar. We display Calendar control in a popup, we are listening to OnCalendarTapped event. When the event is invoked, then we close the popup. In all platforms (iOS, Win, Android) SfCalendar control crashes on error:

System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
   at Syncfusion.UI.Xaml.Controls.Input.CalendarView.UpdateCurrentMonthSelection(Object sender, RoutedEventArgs e)

If we add a Task.Delay(5) before closing the popup, everything seems to be working fine. Can you please take a look at this issue? There is a test app in attachment, demonstrating how we handle popups and SfCalendar.

Thanks,

Peter

Dear SF Team,

as a colleague of Peter, I have tested nuget 20.1.0.52 and now closing the popup indeed doesn't crash from OnCalendarTapped event. However, if we close the popup from SelectionChanged event - same issue as before occurs on iOS. Windows UWP seems to work ok.

Please, find updated sample in attachment.

Best regards,

Maiia Kuzmishyna
