TImestamp with hash computed event in digital signature

I want to add timestamp to digital signature in document with using computed hash event but always time stamp not shown with computed hash event but shown with without computed hash event work but i need using it with hash computed event .

Signature without computed hash event included Timestamp vs signature with computed hash event not included Timestamp and we need including timestamp with signature generated from computed hash event
