Menu Bar extends menu items to the right of the bar instead of beneath

Question

When Using NuGet Package syncfusion.Blazor the behavior is just us I described above.
When Using NuGet Package syncfusion.Blazor.Naviagation the problem goes away.
Unlikely I can't use both because there are conflicts.
The video below shows the behaviour.
The project is empty, I include this too.
