Dialog flickers/flashes when opening

Question

I'm seeing this strange behavior when opening a dialog. It briefly renders then re-renders when opening. The browser scrollbar also briefly shows and seems to be related to the issue. Anyone else experiencing this?

I do have the dialog opening on top of a grid that's inside a div with a calculated 100% height. Not sure if that's related at all.

Update: After watching it closely, it looks like the dialog is first rendering in the lower-right corner of the browser, briefly causing the browser's horizontal & vertical scrollbars to appear.

following ways and couldn’t replicate the reported issue.
 Page
     routing to render a dialog in the page.
 With
     continuous page refresh rendering dialog in the page.
 Modal
     and Non-modal dialog rendering.

If you are using the latest Nuget version (20.1.47), we suspect the
