AutoComplete changes height of SfGrid on same page

Have an autocomplete and a grid on the same page or a grid and an autocomplete on a popup

when the autocomplete shows suggestions and you click the clear icon in the autocomplete the grid resizes. 

what happens is that the AutoComplete modifies the CSS of the SfGrids e-content element thats inside the e-gridcontent element (sets max-height setting)
