SelectedNode programatically doesn't highlight selected node

Hello,

I'm trying to select a node programatically in the MultiColumnTreeView.

When i do it, my node is selected (it's the good one when i look inside the SelectedNode property).

Though in the UI, the node is not selected (no highlight of selection), but it work when i'm selecting one with the mouse.

The treeView is in single selection mode, fullrow select is true and have the "Office2019Colorful" theme if it can help.

Has anyone got this problem before ?

Hi, 

After using your sample to debug mine, I found out that it was because I was changing the selected node via a button.

So the control (multicolumntreeview) didn't had focus, to resolve I just had to use the multicolumntreeview.Focus() method before calling the selection.
