Switch and display different scheduler

Hello,

By advance thank's alot for the help and support. My requirement is the following : I want to be able to switch between my scheduler and my colleagues scheduler.

To achieve this i added a button "My Collegues Scheduler" in the toolBar. When i click on it i should switch scheduler and see my collegues schedulers.

Same logik if i'm on my collegues schedulers , i should to return on mine, to do it i added a button "My Scheduler" in the toolbar collegue scheduler . You will find just bellow two picture of what i want to achieve.
