Maps on Safari on move not rendering correctly

Hi,

I'm having issues with SFMaps on Safari. When I zoom-in and zoom-out as well as moving my position on the map it does not render correctly. I've only had this issue whilst using Safari so far and I have attached a video to further show you in-depth the problem.

Any help with this matter would be awesome!

Will

Hi Will Roxby,

We have checked the mentioned scenario and cannot reproduce the mentioned issue from our side. Please check the attached sample and if you are still facing the issue with that attached sample, then please update us with more details on which scenario you are getting this issue. If possible, please send us a code snippet or a simple sample to reproduce the issue which you are facing. This will help us to assist you in a better way by reproducing the exact same scenario which you are facing.

Please let us know if you need any further assistance in this.

Hi Praveen,

I've ran the project you have attached and tried reproducing the error while moving around the map on Safari.

As you can see the attached video shows rendering issues when moving around. These are similar to with my map but less extreme (which may be due to my map having a number of colours).

I'll continue to test and see if i can get more information for you.

Thanks

Will

Hi Will Roxby,

We are trying to reproduce the same issue at our end which we could see in the attached video. But we couldn’t reproduce it.

As of now, built-in support to run the Flutter web app in safari browser is not provided by Flutter framework. So we are running the flutter widget in the chrome in release mode and using its localhost link in safari for ensuring it. Could you please confirm whether you are deploying the sample in this way? If not, kindly share the details with us. This will help us to assist you in a better way by reproducing the exact same scenario which you are facing.

Please let us know if you need any further assistance in this.

Regards,
Praveen G.
