1. Share your system language image.
2. Share your browser language image.
3. If possible share the different languages setting in video demonstration to have better understanding.

Thanks for sharing the requested details. We able to replicate the reported issue in our end. Currently we are validating will update further details in 2 business days (March 25, 2022).

On further validation of the reported issue, we are not accessing the windows explorer buttons from the Uploader component side. Also, the same reported issue occurs for native HTML 5 directory upload. We have prepared sample with native HTML5 input type file with directory upload, you can find the same issue occurs in native file uploader.
