Version 19.4.0.56 displaying format N2 instead of actual number

Hello

I have a grid like the one shown below.  Since upgrading to the latest version I am having display issues.  The column Hrs below has Format="N2".  If I enter data then the number is displayed correctly unless the nuber of hrs is 1.5, 2.5, 3.5. 4.5 etc. In these cases N2 is displayed instead of the hours.  0.5 is OK as are whole hours and quarter hours...weird. I know the data is OK as my totals at the bottom of the grid add up.  Any ideas?
