Unable to Apply Custom CSS to appointment on Schedule Control

On applying custom CSS, it doesn't get applied to an appointment.

The class that I'm modifying to override css is :

.e-schedule .e-vertical-view .e-day-wrapper .e-appointment{}

 

Please let me know how can I apply custom css to an appointment?
