How to prevent ampersand from being encoded in appointments

Hi,

The schedule control is encoding the ampersand character in any of the appointment fields.  Why is that happening and how do I prevent it?

For example, when I create an appointment with the title Jack & Diane ​it is sent to the DataManager as Jack & Diane.  Therefore, when I go back to edit the appointment the title is Jack & Diane.  The same thing happens with other fields, like Description.  See screen capture.

Hi Derrick, 
  
We have confirmed this as a bug and logged the defect report "Need to fix an issue with sanitize html while creating a appointment in scheduler" which can be tracked from the following link.  
  
The fix for this defect will be included in our upcoming patch release which is expected to be rolled out by April 12, 2022. We would appreciate your valuable patience until then.
