Datagrid Toolbar Items Disarranged after few visits

I have a datagrid with custom and standard toolbar items. On first load of page, sorting of items seems fine, it follows the same arrangement as I added it on code.

But when I navigate on another page, and goes back to the previous page, the toolbar items are now rearranged after 1 or 2 visits to the page, and will always be like that on the next visits.

If I navigate on other page with datagrid and toolbar items as well, these pages will also encounter the same issue as well.

You will not see this issue on first try, it only occurs on next few visits.

I checked the ItemModel properties, I don't see like sort index or something that I can use to fix this. There is only an align property which can only help a bit but still does not resolve the issue.

I also tried to add a separator type item, still not working, separator will also move.

Not sure what is going on, I have nothing special on code.

I found a workaround. I transferred the code to add toolbar items on page Initialize event instead, rather than in razor @{  } html area. It works perfectly now.
