Hi Ehs psy

Your requirement to change the default compare operator of GridDynamicFilter by customizing the FilterBarCell model and renderer and filter the column like contain filter option by setting the FilterCompareOperator as ExpressionMatch. For more information related to, please refer the below knowledge base documentation link,

Hi Vijiarasan S.

Is it possible to change the filter type programmatically ?

Like dynamicFilter.filtertype = "contain"  (as an example).

Because that's a lot of code.

A lot of thanks for your answer.

To change the default compare operator of GridDynamicFilter by customizing the FilterBarCell model and renderer in GridGroupingControl. We regret to inform you that there is no other way to achieve your requirement. We suggest you use the workaround that we have provided in our knowledge base documentation to resolve this.
