Hi,
The styling of the dropdownlist is still wrong on Safari browsers. The screenshot below is from an iPad and shows double height for some reason.

It's still very much an issue as can been seen below where a value has been added, reported on various versions of ipad - we are using the latest version of syncfusion. I can give you a link to the live site to check if that would help.
As per our previous update, we cannot replicate the reported issue on our end. please find the validated video demonstration below.
The video demonstration is in the attachment.
If still, you have faced the issue, then please update the below details.
1. Update your exact Syncfusion package version.
2. Update your iPad version and test browser versions
3. Update the issue replication with video demonstration.
4. If possible, update the issue replication sample with the replication procedure.
These details will help us to provide an exact solution as earlier as possible.
As per my many previous messages our software is running on many versions of iPad and not possible or realistic to ask all users to update their iPads. As already mentioned we are using the latest Syncfusion.

Go to Reservations --> make a reservation and you will see the dropdown lists are not rendered properly. Please fix as soon as possible as this issue has been going on for months and once again Syncfusion are ruining our reputation with our clients.

Hi Alex,
We have tried to login with the provided credential in the mentioned link , But unfortunately we didn’t find any of our Syncfusion components in it . Also we have attached video demo for your reference. And we request you to provide issue replicating sample instead of hosted link , It will help us to provide solution at the earliest.
Thanks,
Deepak R.
Hi, the whole site uses Syncfusion controls, so this doesn't sound right? Can you try this link https://hospres.azurewebsites.net/TENANT1/login with the credentials provided?
Alex
We will validate the requirement in our component. We update you in two business days (May 2nd, 2022).
We have validated the reported issue with the shared hosted link. Your reported issue was replicated on the provided hosted link but the same scenario we have created in our multiselect component inside the dialog component is not replicate the reported issue. we suspect that you have overridden any styles inside your application. Please check the application, if any styles are overridden then please remove and validate the issue from your end. also, please provide your _Host.cshtml for knowing the styles and scripts reference hierarchy from your application.

Please find the validated sample and video demonstration in the attachment.
Unfortunately our client has now cancelled the project as the Scheduler component is not fit for commercial use, costing us a great deal of money.
Alex
Hi Alex,
We deeply regret the inconvenience.
Since our Scheduler component has been designed and implemented based on the live use case scenarios and is adaptable for real-time productions. We are experiencing good feedback from a lot of customers for the scheduler component. So, could you please share with us your use case scenarios that could not be possible to achieve with our scheduler in your project?
Regards,
Sureshkumar P
Hi Sureshkumar,
There are so many issues we are having with the scheduler that it would be impossible to share all use case scenarios although the main issue remains general stability and styling, particularly on safari web browsers.
For example - how are the events moving within the scheduler control when trying to scroll?
We have provided access to our live site, offered you our code to inspect but we still have basic issues. Can we invite your developers access to our code in case we have made any mistakes?
We have created a branched forum under your account for the scheduler component issue # 175263. Please follow those tickets for further technical assistance with scheduler control.
