Grid Detail Row opens as a Dialog instead of row within Grid

Hi,

Is it possible to have information that would normally appear in detailTemplate show as a Dialog instead of a row expand within the Grid?

We want to be able to click on a row or cell in the Grid that opens a Dialog with more detailed information within it.
