.LoadEdits Causes ToolbarSettings.IsVisible to be set back to true

1) Set ToolbarSettings.IsVisible = false

2) Use .LoadEdits to load annotations

3) Notice that the tool bar is now visible.

We prepared a sample and checked the reported problem “LoadEdits Causes ToolbarSettings.IsVisible to be set back to true”. But we are unable to reproduce the problem in our sample. Please get the sample from the below link.
