Add remove button and editing to customized TabControleItems

Question

Hello

I have made used of a heavily customized TabControleExt I found online. I want a remove button on the right side of the TabItems so that a user can remove the tab if needed. But with all the modifications made to the Element the CloseButtonType property no longer shows a close button on the TabItem.

I want the close button to appear to the right of each Tab item like so:

I Furthermore want to user to be able to double click on a Item to ender edit mode in which the user will be able to change the Title of any of the Items. Like the functionality of the default control but I want the look of this one.

Hi Gerrit,Sorry for the delay,You can be able to achieve the “Add close button and label edit” requirement by customizing the Style and enabling the EnableLabelEdit and set the CloseButtonType. We have modified your sample to achieve the requirement.
