Changing SfAutoComplete Suggestion box Text Focus Colors

I want to check the Suggestion box on Focus text color and background color, as the colors are incorrect when the theme changes. I checked this URL and there were no property strings for this.

The image below shows once I hover over the Empty Selected, the colors are completely wrong. This happens as the OS is set to the white theme but the app is set to a dark theme

Hi John,

Currently, we don’t have support to achieve your requirement. We have prepared workaround for this. We can change the color of the mouse hover text and highlight by overriding the values for the keys in the UWP project's App.xaml file, as shown in the code snippets below.

We have considered “Provide support for mouse hover text color in SfAutoComplete” as a feature and logged this as a feature request, and you can track the status of this feature implement through below link.

The feature will be available on next Volume 2, 2022 release which is expected to roll out on end of June.

Sorry for the inconvenience. We have considered this feature request as uncertain feature based on the demands. Please cast your vote to make it count. We will prioritize the features every release based on the demands and we do not have an immediate plan to implement this feature since we committed with already planned work. So, this feature will be available for any of our upcoming releases.

If you have any more specifications/suggestions to the feature request, you can add it as a comment in the portal.

We will consider your feature request and we do not have any immediate plans to implement this feature. At the planning stage for every release cycle, we review all open features and identify features for implementation based on specific parameters including product vision, technological feasibility, and customer interest.

We will let you know when this feature is implemented.

Note: Until then, please use the workaround that we have already provided.
