need to click two times on field to set date,time

need to set date,time at a time within dateTimeComp.

something like this, will help to set date,time at a time rather than using two clicks to set date seperately and time seperately like this

so can we customize our datetimecomponent to our required layout with all SF date format supporting or any other component / functionality supported by SF to update date and time at a time .
