can i have combobox selected value and text

I have used combobox on current cell start editing event. And set it's data source to data table, used display member and value members. And drop-down style as exclusive...

And I want to get combobox selected value and sected text, both on current cell editing complete event... And grid control should display combobox text in n grid control. In my case it's showing combobox value in grid control after enter press.

Please tell me solution for this problem..
