Where can I find the files for the report viewer SDK?

I want to build an application to view the RDL files.

Is this even possible with the 2500$ per year license? On the website it says that the .net Core Report Viewer SDK is included. But I can't find it in the trial version.

Where can I find the files for the report viewer SDK? 
I want to build an application to view the RDL files. 
As per our plan of having the reporting components separate from our Syncfusion Essential Studio, we have introduced Bold Reports from Syncfusion. You can get the Report viewer control in below site. 
https://www.boldreports.com/account/downloads

If you have syncfusion accounts, then you can use them for Bold Reports. 
If you don’t have a syncfusion account, you need to contact our sales team through the support system.
