Bug - Tooltip breaks the app when drag and drop event is occured

Good morning,

I created Blazor Server App via Syncfusion extension in Visual Studio Community 2022. I installed Scheduler and Gannt Chart features via syncfusion creation menu. Tooltip is set as true. Tooltip in Scheduler breaks the app after appointment dragged and dropped 00:30 min later, when appointment dropped at the same day and time with other appointment, when you change the time of appointment via dragging it to bottom and dragging it back again to top.

There are a lot of interactions with tooltip that break the app in scheduler.

Hi TImur,We have validated your reported issue and let you know this
is the default behavior of the Tooltip. When we drag and drop an appointment,
the mouse pointer loses its focus from the appointment, and hence tooltip
functionality is hault and the pointer has to be brought back to get the tooltip
again. If the solution does not meet your requirement, kindly
get back to us with the following details to proceed further and provide the
solution earlier. 
 If it's breaking, share the breaking version.
