Yes,
it is possible to tap on the work-cells (planning) and directly create an
appointment on a smartphone or tablet by using the allowinline
property.
You
can use allowresizing
property to Expand the appointment and allowdraganddrop
property to Move the appointment.

Note: The allowdraganddrop property is set to true by default.
In mobile mode, you can drag and drop the
