Stock chart control crashes

When selecting Bollinger Band indicator the control crashes our website

We have analyzed your query and prepared a sample with Bollinger Bands which is working fine in our end. 
Unfortunately, we are unable to reproduce the reported issue. Please find below sample which is used for testing and screenshot.

Since we are not aware of your exact problem. So Please share the following information which will be more helpful for further analysis and provide you the solution sooner. 
  • Try to reproduce the reported scenario in shared sample.
  • Please share your sample (or) code snippet with full configurations.
  • Share the details if you have done any other customization in your sample.
  • Share your datasource file.
  • Share the steps to reproduce the issue.

Hi, what value types are you using? As you clearly see from the error message the issue is with the Syncfusion chart attempting to convert a double to an int.

Hi Alex, 

We are using datetime values for x axis with DateTime ValueType and numeric values for y axis with default Double ValueType. Please share us issue reproduced sample or datasource used in your application to validate the reported console error from our end. Kindly revert us if you have any concerns.

Hi,

An example value would be 0.0158, try using something similar for your y axis.

We have ensured the Bollinger band indicator with provided decimal values for y axis in latest version, stock chart is rendering fine as per behavior. We have attached the tested sample and screenshot for your reference.

Hi, we are using .net 6, why have you sent us a VS2019 project using .net5?

Sorry for the inconvenience caused. 

We have created a simple blazor application using the latest version in the .net 6 Framework to achieve your requirement and checked the reported scenario. But, we are unable to reproduce the same. Please find the below sample link for your reference. 


If the reported scenario still persists, please let us know the browser that you are using and replication steps to reproduce the reported scenario.

Hi,

Thanks for the updated sample. To recreate the issue just use the chart, changing date ranges usually does it.

At the moment we are unable to suggest Syncfusion to our clients as the software we are writing is mission critical so cannot have any frequent crashes.  We are using latest version of Chrome.

When we tried to change the date range, we are unable to reproduce the reported scenario. We have created a simple blazor application to test the reported scenario and the same can be downloaded from the below link. 


Please modify the above application to reproduce the reported scenario. It will be helpful for us to analyze further and assist you better.
