Display is incorrect

Hi, sometimes the stock chart is displayed without any details (ledger, axis etc...) as shown below.  Also the bottom of the candlestick is not correctly displayed.  This is using the latest version (19.4.0.52) and no

  • Try to reproduce the reported scenario in shared sample.
  • Please share your sample (or) code snippet with full configurations.

  • Share your datasource file.
  • Share the steps to reproduce the issue.

Hi,

The problem is intermittent, we also get the correct display (shown below) sometimes but on other occasions we get the screenshot shown above.  It's exactly the same code.  We have had multiple users report the issue to us.  This is Blazor Server on .net core 6

As per your attached image, the data used for stock chart seems to be different. We request you to share the datasource used. We also request you the share the browser details and video reference which replicates an issue.
