Custom Template for ChartTooltipSettings with X-Axis Crosshair on Mouse Hover in ChartSeriesType.Area SFChart

Hi there,

I am trying to create an Area type series chart with a tooltip that displays a custom template but that also shows whenever the user hovers over any part of the series area.

So far I have managed to create a custom template for the tooltip and set this for the ChartTooltipSettings. I have also managed to enable ChartCrosshair for the x-axis. However, only the crosshair line shows when the mouse is hovered over the chart area unless I enable Shared="true" for the ChartTooltipSettings. This would be fine, however when Shared="true" the custom template that I set up no longer displays and the tooltip reverts to the default.

Is there anyway to have the ChartCrosshair enabled on the x-axis, ChartTooltipSettings Shared="true" and the custom template for the tooltip? I believe that this combination would provide me with my desired result, although if there is a smarter way to achieve this then I would be happy to try that as an alternative.

Greetings from Syncfusion. 

As of now, we don’t have shared support for chart tooltip template. So, we have logged a feature request on this. Based on other logged tasks priority, this feature will be included in any of our upcoming release. You can keep track of the feature from the feedback portal below.  
  
 
If you have any more specification/precise replication procedure or a scenario to be tested, you can add it as a comment in the portal.

Most welcome. This feature will be available in our upcoming Volume 2 Main Release which is expected to be rolled out at end of June, 2022.    

If you have any more specification/precise replication procedure or a scenario to be tested, you can add it as a comment in the portal.
