Get all cell html elements that are beneath an event?

In the eventRendered callback, how can I get all of the cells (as HTML elements) that the current event is on top of? The implementation must work for all views. E.g.: Day, Month, TimelineDay, etc.

I would like to manipulate the "cells" underneath certain events. The events are coming in asynchronously, so I can't use renderCell
