Since approx after 19.2 specifically on Android this wild behaviour drives users crazy. Multi layered (but not only) documents once loaded into view are required a zoom in and markup.
What happens is they zoom in and scroll into another area of the page, but after pinch, when you lift fingers the view jumps either into left top corner or random position, but not the one you left it.
Has anyone seen this kind of stuff?

We were unable to reproduce the issue, “Zooming in and markup the PDF will jumping around” and it is working as expected. Could you please try the attached sample and let us know whether we have missed out anything while replicating the issue.

I have definitely replaced the nuget cache with latest custom viewer control and rebuilt the test app - it seems better, but still unusable.

We have tested the nuget in our emulator. But we were unable to reproduce the issue and it is working fine for us.
