voicetyping in windows 11 causes first few words to duplicate in control

When attempting to use voice typing option in Windows 11 the RichTextBoxAdv duplicates the first couple of words of each sentence spoken.

We have tried to reproduce the reported issue, but on voice dictating the sentence's first couple or any of the words is not duplicated and the issue is not reproduced on the Windows 11 environment.

Can you please confirm the below details to investigate further on the reported issue:

1. Release version which are you using or on which version the issue is reproduced.

2.  Machine configuration details.

3. Complete and clear replication steps which are you following to reproduce the issue.

4. From which sentence, the issue is reproduced.

5. If possible, please share with us the video illustration to reproduce the reported issue, because it will help us to provide you with an appropriate solution at the earliest
