AngularJS Button Binding Query

I have the below Angular JavaScript Interface.

I Just Need 1 Functionality. As You can see I Have 2 Textboxes in the Skills Section One For Add and One For Delete I Just Need to Add and delete skills to the relevant employee as soon a the user presses the add or delete button.
