Grid with aggregates has all columns aligned right but aggregates are aligned left in pdf export

On screen everything is aligned correctly. The pdf that is produced for some reason has all of the aggregate numbers aligned left while the columns are still correctly aligned right.

Any advice? Is there a way to force the aggregates in the pdf to align right?

Thanks

Hi Sheldon,

As a possible clue - ExcelExport does exactly the same thing and if you look at a cell for an aggregate in the spreadsheet it says that it is a number stored as text. So it gets left-aligned because it believes it is a string rather than right aligning it as it would with a number.

Hi Sheldon,

Thanks for your update.

We have validated your query and when we try to export GroupCaption aggregate we face the reported error at our end. So we logged the defect report “Aggregate Text Align is Incorrect when Export Grid with Group Caption” for the same. Thank you for taking the time to report this issue and helping us improve our product. At Syncfusion, we are committed to fixing all validated defects (subject to technological feasibility and Product Development Life Cycle) and will include the fix in our upcoming patch release which is expected to be rolled out on or before the mid of March, 2022. Until then we appreciate your patience.
