[19.2.0.62] Weird Gantt Chart issue

Hi,

Most of our site users are reporting issues on our site pages involving the Gantt chart component.

Here's the scenario. Our web app has these two pages. We have this page containing a somewhat preview display of the Gantt chart where options are not available. There is a link on that preview Gantt chart that will redirect the user to the full view of the Gantt chart complete with taskbar options where users can create/update project tasks/events in the Gantt chart.

Now, the Gantt chart sometimes takes a few seconds to render, right? It's not an instantaneous as we want it to be which is fine. However, users are impatient. They immediately click the link to the full Gantt chart view page without waiting for the Gantt chart to render on the current page. Now when the user gets to the page with the full view of the Gantt chart, the application fires an exception with a Blazor component which familiarly looks like this.

After digging I find some details regarding why the error occured.

  1. When I checked the Event Viewer for logs, I found this:

2. When I checked the logs for the Websocket connection of our web app in the Network tab of our browser (under _blazor?id={Random ID}), I found this error message. (Log is too long to include this post so I have attached it instead.)

Hope this error helped your team in determining this issue. By the way this issue is on version 19.2.0.62 as this version is what we have seen as stable for our website. I hope there is a way where this can be resolved within version 19.2.0.62 as well. I have tried upgrading the Syncfusion library of our website to the latest one (19.4.0.50) and we immediately have breaking changes in our website. (For more details, please see my separate post on this link: https://www.syncfusion.com/forums/172706/file-manager-crashes-after-upgrading-to-19-4-0-50)

Also, I would appreciate if you promptly investigate and fix this bug as this was seen in our Production environment and users are expecting to quickly fix this issue as this affects their productivity with the website.

Many thanks!
Denzel
