Stamp annotation context menu

Question

Hi.Please help me I want 2 features in my app related to Stamp annotation.Open the pop-up﻿﻿ note associated with the stamp on mouse hover on the stamp.Disable the properties and open pop-up note option from the context menu. Or how to have my own customized context menu associated with the stamp annotation.Kindly look into this matter I have been stuck for 4 days now. ;__;

stamp as of in adobe reader. The below snap is taken from adobe.Context Menu:Based on your update, we suspect that you requirement is to
keep the pop-up note alone in the context menu. Please let us know whether we
have understood the requirement of your use case correctly or kindly share us
the correct use case scenario which will be helpful for us to analyze better

Yes I want that pop up note like in the snap but in the pdf viewer only.I want to keep the delete option only in the context menu and nothing else. I will set the pop up note programmatically.Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Yes, I want that pop up note like in the snap but in
  the pdf viewer only.

Currently, we do not have support to “Provide
  tooltip support for annotations”. We have logged a feature request for
  this. But we do not have any immediate plans to implement this feature. At
  the planning stage for every release cycle, we review all open features and
  identify features for implementation based on specific parameters including
  product vision, technological feasibility, and customer interest.
