Hi Hassan,
We tried to reproduce the issue “RichTextEditor is not loaded in iOS”, but it is working fine as expected. We suspect you missed to call the ‘SfRichTextEditorRenderer.Init()’ in the FinishedLaunching overridden method of the AppDelegate class. Please find the UG documentation from below,
We have created a simple sample and it can be downloaded from the below link.
Could you please try the above sample and let us know whether it meets your requirement or not? If you still face the issue, could you please provide simple sample or else modify the sample with which the issue could be reproduced? It will be easy for us to investigate further and assist you with the better solution.
With Regards,
Gayathri R
