Auto assign & increment ID field to the new records to be added.

I am using Angular Tree Grid and while adding new treegrid record it asks for ID and other fields but I want to assign autoincrement IDs when I create a new record. How can I achieve this ?

Can you please elaborate your query? Do you want to autoincrement the id in the server side or client-side. So that we can provide the proper solution.
