GroupBy in the Fields definition for DropdownList prevent the value to bind to the control

Without the GroupBy the value could bind using v-model as expected, but if GroupBy added the dropdownList it will be showing blank, like no value selected

We have tried to reproduce the reported issue by binding v-model value to the dropdown list along with the groupBy field. but we didn't face any errors as you reported. we have also prepared a sample for your reference.
